Shipping Policy

To ensure your Gooshi Goods make it to your place in one piece (and freshest), we utilize a strategic shipping schedule designed to prevent packages from sitting in carrier warehouses over the weekend. 

Our Shipping Schedule

We ship orders Monday through Wednesday to ensure prompt delivery. Our weekly shipping cutoffs are as follows:

  • East Coast Orders: Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM PST on Tuesday to ship the same week.

  • West Coast Orders: Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM PST on Wednesday to ship the same week.

  • Weekend Orders: All orders placed after the cutoffs above will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

NOTE: Express Shipping is highly recommended for all orders traveling more than 2 days in transit.

Summer Weather & Heat Sensitive Shipping

Remember, Gooshi CHOCS are perishable. During the warmer months, we have to take extra precautions to ensure that not only a) your CHOCS reaches its destination but also b) your CHOCS reach its destination intact. 

  • Insulated Packaging: If temperatures are forecasted above 80°F (26°C) at the destination or along the transit route, orders may include insulated liners and cold packs at no additional cost to you.

Carrier & Delivery

  • No P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, as packages are often held in non-temperature-controlled environments.

  • Delivery Address: Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for melted or spoiled goods if a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

  • Package Retrieval: We highly recommend being present for delivery or having the package delivered to a location where it can be brought indoors immediately. We cannot be held responsible for products left in the sun or heat after delivery.
