Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products (food and confectionery), we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If there is an error with your order (e.g., the wrong item was sent), please reach out immediately so we can make it right.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund as long as the request is received before the weekly shipping cutoff (Tuesday or Wednesday 12:00 PM PST, depending on your region). Once an order has been processed for shipping, we can no longer cancel it.
